4U Program Overview
This is the youngest age group in the ABYSA Player Pathway. We had our largest season ever with over 200 players participating in the 4U age group this past fall!
The program was created to allow preschool age children a fun introduction to the game of soccer. The emphasis of the program is to create a high-fun environment where children can develop their basic physical movement capabilities and soccer-related skills while learning to cooperate with others by enhancing their listening and following direction skills. Our goal is to create a fun and emotionally safe environment where children can come to socialize and play. The group will meet each Saturday for one hour and of that time the players will play about 40 minutes. Groups are structured to have 3-4 coaches with a group of 10-12 players. We will try to make up a date if rained out.
On-Time Registration Deadline
The on-time deadline for the Spring season is Feb 1, 2024

Fall season (September-November); Spring season (March-May)
Length of Season
7 weeks (one-hour session each Saturday).
