ABYSA Striker/Keeper Camp details:

WHEN: July 20-July 24; 9am – 4pm
WHERE: John B. Lewis Soccer Complex
OPEN TO: Ages 11 –18, Boys & Girls, (players will be placed into groups based on age and ability)
COST: $170
WHAT: Not your average camp experience!!! Striker/Keeper camps are few and far between and if you can find one they cost 790.00 dollars. ABYSA is hopeful you and your player will see the benefit of this combined camp that serves the best goalkeepers in the club with great coaching resources, as well as, provides our top goal scorers with an opportunity to reach their full potential by testing there abilities in a realistic and challenging environment at a reasonable cost per participant. Come join us for a fun filled week of shot stopping and net ripping as we kick off the first summer of ABYSA Striker/Keeper Camp.

About the Coaches:

Trei Morrison is the Classic DOC for the Highland Football Club. As a striker growing up Trei has a knack for teaching the most important aspects of becoming a goal scorer. Trei has coached at the Professional, collegiate, and youth levels and played collegiate soccer for Georgia Southern University. After graduating, he began his coaching career as the assistant at his alma mater GSU. Upon leaving GSU, he became head coach for Brewton Parker College where he led the Barons to 2 conference titles in 6 seasons. After his stint at BPC, Trei became head coach for Mars Hill College for 6 seasons before joining ABYSA full time. Trei also served as head coach for the Asheville Splash Women’s Professional Soccer Team for 3 seasons while at Mars Hill. Trei holds his USSF A Coaching License; his NSCAA Advanced National; and his USSF National Youth Coaching License.

Chris Cordero is the Technical Goalkeeping Director at Redoubt Football Club in Chattanooga, TN and is currently the goalkeeper coach for The McCallie School. Chris played professional indoor soccer for the Atlanta Magic/Lightning and has coached goalkeepers with FC BRNO, a professional club in the Czech Republic. Chris has also had a coaching stint at Georgia Futbol Club and coached many top goalkeepers in his home state. Chris currently holds his USSF “D” license and his NSCAA State Goalkeeping Diploma.

Tucker Stone is a former ABYSA and HFC Player. Current NCAA Division I Goalkeeper at University of Alabama-Birmingham.
