Greetings John B Lewis Soccer Complex at Azalea Park Neighbors:

The Asheville Buncombe Youth Soccer Association (ABYSA) will host a public meeting for
neighbors of the John B Lewis Soccer Complex at Azalea Park on Thursday, October 23, 2025,
5:30 PM, in the annex room of the Highland Brewing Company. The annex room is located off
the main tap room entrance.

The objective of the meeting is to describe plans and answer questions about the phased
reopening of two of the soccer fields scheduled for Saturday, November 1st. We will provide a
progress update on the restoration project and detail on the traffic pattern plan during the rolling
reopening of fields prior to completion of the temporary bridge.

If you plan to attend the meeting on Thursday at Highland Brewing Company, please RSVP
using this link so we can be prepared to accommodate you and provide any updates regarding
this meeting and the restoration project.
