2020 - 2021 Academy Supplemental Placement Evaluations and Payment Procedures
- Players MUST register online using their account with ABYSA/HFC to be placed in the HFC Academy Program.
- There will be no fee charged for registering in Blue Sombrero to be placed on a team or in a program, or for participating in an on the field player evaluation, as part of the placement process. Historically, there is a $15-$30 fee.
- On the field supplemental evaluations will be conducted the week of November 16th and will conform with the most current governmental safety guidelines for the sport of soccer.
- When offered a placement in a program, a deposit will be required to “lock in” that placement. Deposits for the Academy and Intermediate Programs are $100. Families that wish to accept a position in the program, but cannot make the full deposit, should contact the ABYSA office.
- Payment schedules for the Spring will in January with the exception of the deposit which must be paid upon acceptance.
To be eligible to attend Academy evaluations, players must have been born in 2013 (8U), 2012 (9U), 2011 (10U), 2010 (11U), 2009 (12U).Click on the links below for details on your child's options for the spring season:

8U/9U Boys & Girls (born 2013/2012) - 5:00pm - 6:00pm at AAC
10U Boys & Girls (born 2011) - 5:00pm - 6:00pm- at AAC
11U/12U Boys & Girls (born 2010/2009) - 5:00pm - 6:00pm at AAC
Tuesday & Thursday, November 17th & 19th - Asheville8U/9U Boys & Girls (born 2013/2012) - 5:00pm - 6:00pm on JBL 3
10U Boys & Girls (born 2011) - 5:00pm - 6:00pm on JBL 3
