Monday - Friday* [four full days and one half day]
Basic camp structure:
Camp will be lead by current local collegiate coaches. Each day the boys will go through what a typical "college pre-season" day would look like. Boys will kick off each day with a sports performance session with a conditioning coach looking at speed, agility and strength. The second part of the morning will be a session designed and ran by the college coach. Following a lunch break, the boys will end the day with game situations. These moments will be a mixture or small side, attack vs defense activities, and 11v11 game format. At the mid-way point of the week, Wednesday, the training session will be replaced with a college recruitment conversation with their college coach. Friday will conclude with a half day, with the entire morning focused on playing in game situations.

HFC offers camps during the summer for 8U - 13U players who will be participating in the HFC Academy Program, or have recently graduated. This camp is staffed by the HFC Academy Directors and members of the HFC Staff, providing the players with a great opportunity to get acclimated to the demands of the program, learn new skills, and have fun playing soccer.
The basic camp structure each week is for players to do skill training in the mornings, small sided games and scrimmages in the afternoon. Players get dropped off at the field between 8:45-9:00am, camp day ends at 4:00pm. Throughout the week various topics and techniques will be covered, these include juggling, dribbling, passing & possession, shooting & finishing. Players will be trained to refine their game using developmentally appropriate exercises and small sided games.
At the end of each camp day from 2:00-3:30pm players will participate in some lighter activities with it being the hottest time of the day.
