The basic camp structure each week is for players to do skill training in the mornings, small sided games and scrimmages in the afternoon. Players get dropped off at the field between 8:45-9:00am, camp day ends at 4:00pm.  Throughout the week various topics and techniques will be covered, these include juggling, dribbling, passing & possession, shooting & finishing. Players will be trained to refine their game using developmentally appropriate exercises and small sided games.

At the end of each camp day from 2:00-3:30pm players have the option of ending the day with a swim at the pool (Asheville only - Swim is optional). Players are taken off the field during that time in an attempt to avoid heat exhaustion as that is often the hottest time of the day.
